Product Use Information
Some of our products allow us to gather information about your computer (including your IP address), other software you use, and about what features you use in our software. This is common for many software products, including games, Anti-Virus and office tools. This information is always completely anonymous and only ever used to better understand how people use our software and how we can improve our products.

Account Registration
If you choose to sign up for a Codexia Account, you must provide an email address for confirmation. Additionally, you must provide your full name and birth date (which will not be shown publicly). Optionally, you may also provide your location and time zone. This information is kept confidential.

Newsletter Registration
If you choose to sign up for the DotDeb by Codexia Newsletter, we will send you an email confirmation to ensure that you in fact requested the newsletter, and to avoid unwanted emails. Your email address is always kept confidential, and we will only use it to send you newsletters or special announcements unless you opt in to other optional marketing communications. If you don't want to be on our mailing list, you may unsubscribe at any time and details on how to do this are included in every email.

We encourage and appreciate donations via PayPal, so that we can continue developing software. If you donate to us, we will receive receipts which include your email address and may include other information from PayPal, but we do not receive any credit card details from PayPal. If you purchase one of our products or services, the payment will be handled by the third party payment gateway PayPal or our own payment gateway, Nomaxi.

Cloud Data (for specific services)
Various applications, web content, web services and our website use Codexia's cloud infrastructure to upload and synchronise settings and data so that you have a seamless user experience. This data is identifiable and can be used to trace your device, but does not contain any personally identifiable information like names, location or payment information. We will ensure your data stays safe and secure on our cloud infrastructure.

Location-Based Services
To provide location-based services in Codexia products, Codexia and our partners and licensees may collect, use, and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer or device. This location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you and is used by Codexia and our partners and licensees to provide and improve location-based products and services.

Use of Information Collected
• It may be necessary − by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence − for Codexia to disclose your personal information. Where We Store Your Data
Information is retained on Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) and therefore may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the Republic of Singapore, the United States of America or other countries Codexia Studios operates in. It may also be processed by staff operating outside the Republic of Singapore who work for us or one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. Applications General Policy
Our iOS, Android, Windows, macOS or Linux applications may require access to certain personal information on your devices to provide appropriate functionality. None of our applications collect, transmit or store any personal information unless purchases or payments are being made, or you are using some service of the applications that require this to take place. Any personal information accessed is used locally on the device and solely for the application to provide suitable functionality. Since we do not collect or store any personal information, we do not disclose and may not use your personal information in any way. Anonymous information and non-personal information may be used to understand demographics and trends, and we may also use anonymous or non-personal information to improve and maintain applications and services.

Protection of Personal Information
Codexia takes the security of your personal information very seriously. Codexia online services such as the Codexia website services use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is collected.
